General Questions

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, wheelchair access and amenities are provided.

Is there parking available?

Easy car parking is available at the rear of the building (enter off South Terrace).

Do you take emergency appointments?

If you have pain or discomfort or an emergency situation arises every attempt will be made to see you that day. We reserve emergency appointments every day making them available for patients, just in case something unexpected happens! We will always try our best to stay on schedule to minimise your waiting. However, since we provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure and some patients require a little more time and attention. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

What entertainment options are available during my treatment?

Each clinical room features a ceiling-mounted plasma screen, enabling you to watch a selection of movies or television programs or listen to your favourite music during treatment!

What is your cancellation policy?

We confirm all our appointments 48 hours before the appointments is due unless the patient has requested us not to. We ask that if you must reschedule an appointment please extend us the courtesy of 48 hours notice so that another patient may benefit from the time available.
